so bonchon chicken has reopened in allston and is now located where shabu toki used to be. honestly, i say good riddance to toki. they became especially irrelevant after shabu toki got rid of hotpot and became just "toki." but cheers to yummy chicken wings :)
Aha I wondered what this bonchon place replaced! I noticed toki was gone (I always went to shabuzen or shabu restaurant in quincy anyways) but didn't put two and two together. After toki got rid of shabu there was no point to them even staying.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't been able to try this place yet because of parking, lol! Always end up going to Shabuzen because of their lot. i can't wait to go here to try their bonchon chicken and spicy sashimi bowl (which I hear is awesome, but I know you won't like because it's raw lol).
